I have been a member of OTF Northville for nearly 10 years. Today, I had to cancel my membership due to a medical issue. Madyson, the manager of the studio, went out of her way to speak with me about my situation and was extremely helpful with the process. Hoping to return to the studio for those incredible work outs, awesome music, and motivational coaching as soon as possible. See you asap, OTF!
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past month and a half and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call I’m told the manager is not available and that I need to come in person to cancel. I went to the branch and again the manager was not there and no one else could help me. Yesterday I finally spoke to someone who said the membership was canceled and that I would not be charged anymore. But today I was still charged. That is unacceptable.
