We cancelled our membership to this location 5 months ago and the absolutely incompetent staff at this location continue to charge us. We've reached out to corporate, and will also reach out to the franchise owners if this continues.
Beware of signing up for a membership at this studio. I went through the correct process to cancel my membership in November 2025 and was clearly told my final payment would be December 28, 2025. Despite this, I have continued to be charged every month for the past five months, which is $240 of charges for a studio I’m no longer attending.
