Watch out for the false and misleading advertisement. They advertise the trial month for $25 and next thing you know you are on the hook for $170 unless you cancel the same day you sign up. Not only that, i had serious issues with the app and couldn’t sign up for a class customer service didn’t help fix the problem. I paid $195 and didn’t get to use the class once and they refused to issue me a refund.
The workouts themselves are good & enjoyable. I live 20 min away though so it's just easier to workout at home. Cancelling is a pain in the buttocks. You have to go to where you signed up in person & even then you have to pay for the month after you cancel. That's the reason for the low rating.
Had to stop going as it was aggravating my arthritis. I paid $170 for unlimited classes, but they charge you $1 for a water bottle and what they don’t tell you is that fancy watch comes separate and you have to rent it out if you don’t want to shell out another $150 (which I did). They make it virtually impossible to cancel your membership and even after following their instructions they’re STILL charging my card and I’m having to dispute it with my bank since no one answers the phone.
