Great workout studio. The team is very friendly, helpful, and the workouts are intense in a good way. I only started coming in a month ago, it's been a fun but challenging experience that has helped my fitness journey. Coach Blanche is my favorite, she is a rockstar. I enjoy her high energy and how she pushes me to get better. I also enjoyed Coach Bob's class, he has a similarly great enthusiasm and energy. 1 month mark at OT Ortega, and I can honestly say it’s been such a positive experience! I was really anxious before my first class, but the members and coaches have been so welcoming and encouraging from day one. There’s no pressure, everyone moves at their own pace while still giving their all during those All Outs. Shoutout to Coach Blanche, who’s been amazing! She’s so positive and supportive. Before this place went under new management, on one occasion, one of the employees berated me and tried to embarrass me in front of the whole class. The classes were also inconsistent quality-wise. While the studio is a bit better under new management, to say that it doesn’t have issues would be false. On a couple of occasions, I’ve received off-handed comments about how it looks like I’m “not having fun” because I’m not smiling at a certain time. Today was the cherry on top, as I was waiting to use the restroom after class ... read more
