OrangeTheory for me has been one of the best decisions I made for my health. Being in my late 60’s friends told me it was going to be strenuous . They were so wrong. The coaches are excellent and show you modifications to each exercise so you go at your pace and listen to your body. I love the fact the coaches check on your form to make sure you are doing the exercise properly. The camaraderie for the 8:45am class I attend is wonderful.
