OrangeTheory for me has been one of the best decisions I made for my health. Being in my late 60’s friends told me it was going to be strenuous . They were so wrong. The coaches are excellent and show you modifications to each exercise so you go at your pace and listen to your body. I love the fact the coaches check on your form to make sure you are doing the exercise properly. The camaraderie for the 8:45am class I attend is wonderful. Great studio. The front desk and the coaches are the best
Orangetheory Canton is hands down the best place to work out. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping you get better every class. The energy in the studio is unmatched, the workouts are challenging but doable, and you always leave feeling accomplished. The front desk staff is welcoming and makes you feel like part of a community, not just a member. If you’re looking for a place that will push you, support you, and keep you consistent, this is it.
