Where do I even begin, what started as a great experience has ended in a nightmare, I came in early July and decided to try a class and enjoyed it enough to join with 8 times a month plan, a few days later all is well Brain the GM of this location decided to text me an offer to upgrade, I text back and said sure that sounded great and I went on my way. No one has been answering the phone for the past two days. I have a simple question about my membership but I guess I will take a money to a different gym.
Bryan and Heather are great managers here. One of the best OTFs I’ve been too.
Love OTF Central Park. The coaches are motivating and kind- shoutout to Heather, April, Gene, Mark and Elena. Owner Bryan is welcoming and accommodating. The studio has helped keep me consistent with my workouts. I always leave feeling great mentally and physically.
