It pushes me with the right amount of motivation. The instructor was great! I like being able to see my results on the screen as I am working out. Equipment appeared to be clean and newer. I like the interval training. All the staff were very friendly as well those taking the class. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
In 1 hour I get a whole workout done and they make it Enjoyable for me.

Excellent workout, if you like the treadmill and rowing machines. In addition to those machines a variety of other equipment is used such as TRX bands and dumbbells. Everything is tied to interval training to keep your heart rate elevated. Myself though I dreaded the treadmill and I'm not a huge fan of the rowing machines. For that reason I put in for a cancellation. The agreement calls for cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your next charge, which I followed.
