I have been trying to cancel my membership for two months. This studio does not answer the phone and does not return voicemails. I have relocated and there is not a studio near me that I can use. The hours also don’t work with my work schedule either. I have submitted multiple requests to have my membership cancelled online, to no avail. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!
10/10! I usually frequent the 6:15 classes but jump around to other times too. I love the coaching, this location is always clean, and the crew is so friendly!
I absolutely love OTF, but the Thornton location is in need for maintenance and investment in treads, med balls (no longer any grip), lockers, and the sound system, which has been down for a week. Furthermore, the consistent turnover in head coaches has been disappointing. Please invest in the few maintenance fixes, it goes a long way with members as we want to know we can trust the longevity of the gym. Still love the program and coaches!
