I’ve been coming to Orangetheory Chino Hills since 2017. It’s always a very challenging workout. It’s great to see Coach Trent back! He was one of the OG’s when this studio opened up. He’s very motivational and inspirational and he really gets you through the challenging portions of the workout. It’s so cool to see so many people return to the studio when he came back. #otfchinohills
Coach Sarah is generally very encouraging, but also really went out of her way to help my wife adapt her workout while pregnant, which we really appreciated. Give her a raise!
