I’ve been going to Orangetheory Fitness for a year now, and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is super friendly(andie) , and the coaches are amazing. They take the time to make sure you’re using the correct form during each workout, which makes a huge difference. I also love that the workouts are displayed on the TVs, so you can easily follow along if you’re unsure of an exercise. Be careful with their cancellation policy! I haven't stepped foot in this studio or used any OTF nationwide since September 2024. After discovering I was billed for nearly two years (nearly $2000 dollars) without a single attendance, I contacted management to sort it out. While I acknowledge the oversight on my part for not sending a written email, the ownership team was completely rigid and unhelpful. They admitted their system shows 0 attendance but refused any form of partial refund or billing credit. They only care about... read more
I was a member here before COVID and had a really great experience back then. The management and coaches were fantastic, the energy in the studio was motivating, and there were plenty of class times available which made it easy to stay consistent. I rejoined about 8 months ago hoping for the same experience, but unfortunately it hasn’t been the same.
