You MUST try Orange Theory!! I love that all I have to do is show up, and I will get a full body workout, encouragement and inspiration, and feel my best. Studio is clean, up-to-date, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Coaches are willing to share tips And help you on your form. There are always fun challenges happening to keep you motivated and strong.
This place is awesome. High intensity workouts in just under an hour. Different focus every day. Great coaches and staff. Worth the membership cost
I've tried a lot of ways to stay consistent with fitness, and Orangetheory Sawyer Heights is the first place that made it stick. The format does the thinking for me. I show up, the coach tells me what the plan for the day is, and 60 minutes later I've gotten a better workout than I would have designing one myself. What sets this location apart is the people.
