I started going on the recommendation of my chiropractor, since it has really helped me with my hernias. I like the classes, especially the new system. However, At the other studios I’ve been to, they celebrate certain classes or birthday, And that really serves as motivation and get community. I would like this gym to implement that as well. I’ve also been to other studios, and it would be nice if this studio did the same.

I just did my first class at Orangetheory with coach Kristen, Holy cow this is so different than you doing weightlifting. She kicked my. A….s Amazing amazing workout. I highly recommend checking them out super friendly staff very convenient location. If you are looking to tone and get shredded for the summer, I recommend checking them out.
Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of taking a class with coach Frantz. I have been to many studios and have never encountered such a disrespectful, know-it-all such as himself. I am a personal trainer myself and have been body building for years. I am also a very short 4”11 and was wearing an oversized T-shirt. I think his savior complex took in and felt the need to come target me specifically yesterday.
