Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of taking a class with coach Frantz. I have been to many studios and have never encountered such a disrespectful, know-it-all such as himself. I am a personal trainer myself and have been body building for years. I am also a very short 4”11 and was wearing an oversized T-shirt. My wife and I have been coming here for 6 months and we really enjoy it. The front desk staff, Isabella and Megan, are wonderful and very helpful. Our coach Kristen is fantastic. Kristen makes the class fun, challenging and plays great music (which really helps). Silk and Mazie are very good too. I can't say enough good things about this store. Highly recommend it.
A bit unfriendly. I was looking for a gym that took Silver Sneakers. The front desk ladies have no idea if Orange Theory took Silver Sneakers or not.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Poor customer service. POOR communication.
Treated me very bad because of my disability which I let them know about over the phone and once there!!@@@
