Takes a special kind of energy to keep you motivated at 6am in the freezing temps of winter, Elena has that energy. Playlist is always perfect, vibes are immaculate, and training is on point. Just one class and you are hooked! 10/10 highly recommend.
I have been an OTF premier member for about 5 months now and have absolutely loved my experience so far. I did not workout regularly previous to OTF and it has been life changing. The workouts are engaging, approachable for all levels of fitness, leave you (or at least me) super sweaty and feeling like you accomplished something. Just started going and so far so good! The workouts really get your heart pumping and love the weights and row machine is incorporated in each class. Definitely better than a boring online workout video!
My friend and I signed up for the trial class and enjoyed the experience. Our trainer was motivating and the class was fun and challenging. The class was supposed to be $12 but after paying, my friend received a call from a salesman stating her price would increase because she does not live in Union County. This information is no where on the website so it was a shock to my friend when she received this call.
