Poor customer service, no follow through, and I purchased something that was used once. They told me it would work as a regular Fitbit. I spoke with a gentleman named Cole who was polite but again no follow up. Moreover, corporate does not respond either.
Nice welcome experience! We asked our close friends to join us for a free class since we love otf and wanted them to get familiar. We arrived 25m in advance instead of 30m. They already charged our friends 12 bucks to reserve a "free class" which is rip off. And then the manager said my friends need to pay another 14 bucks per person for being 5m late!!
