I’ve been going to orange theory since I moved in August! The coaches are awesome and bring the energy to the studio! I love how easy it is to sign up for classes. The workouts are so good and I love being able to see the progress I’ve made in just a few weeks. Would highly recommended!
Long time OrangeTheory member here, 8 years. It’s been nothing less than transformative for my health. It’s the only fitness program that I have stuck with. The coaches are amazing and the workouts are always challenging. Special shout out to coach Maria! Maria shows up to every class giving it her all. She is great at keeping the class organized and fun. She even sprinkles in a little empathy at just the right moment.
I’ve been coming for about a year now, and it’s been one of the best decisions ever made. I have zero self discipline, no idea what I’m doing weights-wise. Coach Maria and Alexis really took me under their wings and helped me improve so so much. I wouldn’t have hit any benchmarks without their guidance. The staff has also been historically amazing! 15/10 would recommend any classes with Coach Maria and Alexis
