All of the coaches are really nice. They push you to do your best but also make it fun. I've made some great friends here, and it feels like everyone is rooting for each other. Plus, the equipment is always in good shape, and there's a class for whatever you're into. Definitely worth checking out if you want to get in shape and have a good time doing it
Orange Theory of Massapequa is the most motivating gym experience out there. All of the coaches are so motivating, especially Jenny. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Once you join, you will be addicted!!!
