I love Orange Theory!! From the second you walk in everyone is so amazing. James at the front desk is so friendly and remembers every face and name. Coach Amanda and Coach Maurice have incredible energy and you will always leave class with a smile on your face. Coach Ryan is so knowledgable and encourages you to push your limits! The classes are a great workout. I like that it has a mix of weights and cardio.
Amazing staff and Natalie is the best trainer ever. I live 45 minutes away and I drive to her class because she pushes you in a positive way. She helps you accomplish things you would never believe you could do before. The staff are hands down the sweetest and most professional group of people ever! I have tried so many diets and exercises but this one is so flexible with times and classes are NEVER the same. There is so much variation.
