Great coaches and friendly staff. Good facilities and equipment too.
Coming up on 3 years as a member and longest I have ever stuck to a gym because of the OTF community. Coaches are amazing and invested in all the members and their health goals. My OTF crew is super fun and I have made great connections with members!
So let’s talk coaches. All of our coaches at OTF South Reno are Fan-Tas-tic! A couple of them stand out even more. Michaela really nails it when she wants to give you encouragement. She has made me and others go farther than we thought we could for any given challenge. And then there’s Katie our southern belle. If you’re pregnant, this is the only place you wanna work out, and you’ll always want Katie because she takes extra care of her mamas. Oh yeah - yay Hell Week?
Orange theory is the best I feel like I am really working out when I am here and the staff is amazing I have been to a lot of gyms but this one is by far the best
