Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful especially Mariah, and Jeri, they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable there. Enjoying my fitness journey with them and getting healthier every day ☺️. Mariah literally brightens up every Sunday for me she always has the most positive attitude and big smile every day to really get you going. What a treasure.
It is very pricy but it is the perfect workout for someone like me. I want a group setting, need the motivation of an instructor, don't really want to interact with other people. Gives me routine and is in a convenient spot on my way home from work.
It was a great gym. But lately not so much. Often change the workout setting . Such as from 3G to 2 G. 2G to 1G. Not sure the reason why , but we came over here for a reason ... maybe it’s time for a new gym unfortunately…
