Enjoyed working out here, but it's a shame the cancellation policy means they still bill you even if you're injured.
Horrible policies on billing and cancellation
Not so welcoming at all. I am new to the area and this is my 2nd or 3rd orangetheory I have visited. I'm just trying to find the right one to contuine to go to. This one here the two women at the front desk didn't speak until I said something to them. I walked in and they didn't even say hi or anything. But ive learned to deal with ppl like that.
