Beware of the inconsistent enforced late arrival policy! I arrived 5 minutes late to a class due to traffic and was denied entry because of the studio's late arrival policy. They were so welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me feel comfortable and confident. The studio is fantastic! The front desk people are incredibly welcoming. Ishmael, Mariam, Melina, and Hannah really set a positive vibe as soon as you walk in. There’s a lot of energetic, motivated members as well who help to make class fun. The studio and lobby are always spotless, and the coaches are an absolute blast. Mikaila, Melinda, Anna, and Alana are as good as it gets and I’ve been going there 9 years. It also helps that orange happens to be my favorite color too.
