As cheesy as the slogan "more life" is, this place really does that- gives you more life, more energy, a better mood, and a really nice community. It's nice to have coaches that always ask if they're going to see you again soon (ya girl needs the accountability). I don't want to forget any of the great coaches I have had over the years, but I will quickly run through some recent ones: Reece, Cam, Adam, and Brooke! Also- love Alex and the other front desk girlies!!

I’ve been a member of OrangeTheory for several years, and I love it! The front desk staff are welcoming, the coaches are encouraging, and the classes are challenging in a good way! I can definitely feel the positive results of my workouts. Thanks, OTF!
