I haven't been to any other OTFs yet, but what I can say is that this gym is the best I've ever been to. From the encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable coaches to the welcoming and friendly front desk staff; the fun and energizing workout; and the overall vibe in the classes. Shoutout to the entire morning crew, the front desk staff, and coaches Jen and Kes whom I am more familiar with. Their energy, encouragement, and positive vibes make those early mornings worth it and keep me coming back for more!

Just tried calling them back to get off the call list and I guess the lady got upset and hung up on me after saying she couldn't hear me three times. I dont know, I'm a quiet person, but I've been having conversations on the phone all day and people have not complained once, so just thought it was a weird misunderstanding on their end. I didnt expect to be hung up on, though. Thought that was kind of rough.
