Can the front desk staff eat their fast food lunch somewhere else besides the front desk? They’re stinking up the entire lobby. I come out of my work out to the nastiest smell of chipotle. The last thing I want to do after a workout is smell that nasty food. It was so gross. Front desk ladies lack customer service skills. Unfriendly, gossipy and unwelcoming. I’m comparing them to the customer service and friendliness of other orange theory locations.
I’m so glad I found this Orangetheory location after moving to this part of the Valley. The studio itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with two restrooms, two showers, and new treadmills. The staff is always welcoming, and the overall community here is truly something special. Staff is great from front desk to trainers , great informative trainers , clean gym. Lookin forward to achieving my Fitness goals with Orangetheory
The community at OTF Tempe is incredible. All the coaches are super friendly, but a huge shoutout to Sam for the killer playlists! Mia and Ayden at the front desk are so welcoming and make every visit great. I’m also loving the new Hyrox classes; Joan is an amazing coach and really pushes you through the new format. Best studio in town!
