Good luck trying to cancel. I’ve called emailed and filled out the web form. Zero response. Not great customer service, would not recommend.
I have been going to this location for the past two weeks. Coach Sam has been very personable and has helped improved my form while exercising. Definitely would recommend this location to all my friends looking to join group fitness. I look forward to the HYROX workouts.
Can the front desk staff eat their fast food lunch somewhere else besides the front desk? They’re stinking up the entire lobby. I come out of my work out to the nastiest smell of chipotle. The last thing I want to do after a workout is smell that nasty food. It was so gross. Front desk ladies lack customer service skills. Unfriendly, gossipy and unwelcoming. I’m comparing them to the customer service and friendliness of other orange theory locations.
I’m so glad I found this Orangetheory location after moving to this part of the Valley. The studio itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with two restrooms, two showers, and new treadmills. The staff is always welcoming, and the overall community here is truly something special.
