I’m so glad I found this Orangetheory location after moving to this part of the Valley. The studio itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with two restrooms, two showers, and new treadmills. The community at OTF Tempe is incredible. All the coaches are super friendly, but a huge shoutout to Sam for the killer playlists! Mia and Ayden at the front desk are so welcoming and make every visit great. I’m also loving the new Hyrox classes; Joan is an amazing coach and really pushes you through the new format. Best studio in town!
I love working out at Orangetheory! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength, and every class pushes me to challenge myself in the best way. The coaches are motivating, the workouts are always dynamic, and I leave feeling stronger every time. Highly recommend!
