Orangetheory is a great full body workout. What’s wonderful about it is that it’s great for any age level and any level of fitness. The trainers are excellent at getting to know you and working with you towards your goals. My favorite coach at this location is Coach Cy . He really has a way of motivating you physically as well as mentally. This is by far a longest program I’ve ever stayed with and I highly recommend it for anyone. When I first started I just walked on the treadmill, now I can say I am a runner.
The team in totowa were superb. They are highly engaging and wanted the best for their members. I highly recommend this place. The place is clean, & their equipment are well organized. Their combination of exercise will make you sweat to the core & lose weight. If you’re looking to regain your strength, shed some weight, & have fun at the same time. This is the place. Check it out. One year later and still going strong! I’ve been with Orangetheory Fitness Totowa for over a year now, and everything I said in my first review still holds true. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and make you feel like family. The coaches are incredible—motivating, knowledgeable, and truly care about your progress. No class ever feels the same, and they always find ways to challenge and support you. I’ve seen real results and found a community that keeps me coming back. Still my happy place and third home! 🧡
I’ve been to many different Orangetheory studios all over and there’s truly no better studio than Orangetheory-Totowa. The coaches are the best, and the vibes are unbeatable. The front desk staff are also super helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend OTF Totowa enough!
