I joined Orangetheory in March, and I’m so glad I made that decision. The workouts are always challenging yet fun, and the supportive environment keeps me motivated. I like how the coaches push you while making you feel comfortable at your own pace. The workouts are something that I look forward to and a part of my weekly routine that truly makes me feel stronger and more confident ☺️

I had a trial scheduled and arrived 13 minutes before the appointment and Ava was extremely rude because I needed to be there 15 minutes prior..not 13. I had a difficult time finding the building as my gps was taking me to the other side of the plaza. Even though it was my fault for being 2 minutes late, they were rude, unaccommodating and extremely unprofessional. Can’t imagine what needs to be discussed for 15 minutes that can’t be done in 13.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 a.m., and as instructed by Ava i arrived 15 minutes early at 10:13. From the start, the service was unprofessional. I was greeted by a young man who said he wasn’t part of the front desk, but told me I should have arrived 30 minutes early and that I would probably have to leave.
