Very disappointed in what started off as an amazing experience! First off let me state...The coaches here are amazing, the management staff on the other hand, a JOKE! Charged my account to a friends cc in error for 2 months...I brought it to their attention as I noticed something wasn't right in my account. Great Coaches and staff! Workout is for everyone at any fitness level. They made the hour fun, exciting and helped me burn so many calories.

THE BEST ONE-HOUR WORKOUT IN CASTLE ROCK COLORADO!! I love that Orangetheory Fitness Castle Rock offers 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn!
I love their classes! Lot's of fun and I feel stronger! Sheila is an animal and great instructor that knows how to give us a great workout. My boyfriend Shelly loves this place too!
The staff is garbage and sloppy and out of shape theirs a couple guys there who are in shape but the lady I dealt with wasn't informative at all and cancelled my first class for being a minute late don't waste your time or money if you live downtown just use City Fit Concierge at your own fitness room at your facility there equipment is garbage to say the least and the staff members are all smiles but rude as hell
I really enjoy seeing my progress on the monitors, especially when I am on the treadmill. It helps to give me the extra motivation I need to push myself harder, while helping me to stay safe while my heart rate is being monitored. The staff and trainers have all been fantastic. I never thought I could be excited about going to workout, until now. For the first time, I am confident that I will achieve my fitness/health goals with OTF.
This is my first review ever and...Wow! what an experience. I signed up for the free trial period and had no idea how different this work out would be... Cardio, weights, and a trainor. Today was my second day at OTF and I feel great!! Having a trainer makes a huge difference, I worked hard, sweat even harder and watch my heart rate go up. I was able to generate myself when I saw my heart rate dropping, today I burned 540 calories in 60 minutes. The music, the group dynamic and the environment is contagious.
