I enrolled in a monthly program after attending my first trial class. Unfortunately, because of increased work demands, I was unable to begin any additional sessions. I called the front desk several times and spoke with Ben to request cancellation of my contract. He informed me that their policy requires 30 days’ notice. Orangetheory is a great workout and I have enjoyed the few classes I have been to so far. That being said, the last class I took was at the Eastvale location and I am going to do my best to not go there again. I had only been a member for a week and was at what was my 4th class. I was super proud of myself for getting to workouts because I genuinely have to talk myself into it.
