Orangetheory Happy Valley is more than a gym to me, it’s home. When I started my journey, I weighed about 204 pounds. Today, I’m around 140, roughly 60 pounds down, and this place has been a huge part of how I got here. All of the staff is amazing! The workouts keep me motivated and I’ve seen great results.
OrangeTheory is my favorite form of therapy! I’ve been a member for about 8 years and have been to multiple studios across several states, and Happy Valley, Oregon is one of absolute faves. The staff, the coaches and the members are great. If you haven’t tried a class, give it a go! It’s supposed to be challenging, the endorphin rush afterward is worth it!
I've been a member at OT Happy Valley for almost a year now. Not only it is a great community, but the coaches and staff are knowledgeable, inspirational, funny, friendly, and are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. They motivate you 100%. On the days that are hard to get motivated, once I enter that door, you feel ready to give it your best because the staff are always there to lift you up. Highly recommend OT HV!!!!
I’ve been a member since 2020 and absolutely love Happy Valley Orangetheory! The workouts are challenging. The staff is amazing! Mason and Kayla greet everyone with a friendly smile. Coaches Vicky, Ari, James and Kinidi keep everyone motivated. Happy Valley OTF provides a community where everyone feels welcome. It’s the best way to start my day!
