Terrible experience at Miami Design District location and no one to speak to at corporate.
Love my OT staff members, they are all fabulous front desk to coaches. Just found out that my membership that is covered thru United Healthcare has been cancelled. I called UHC and they said that OT cancelled the deal. Very confusing since all their competition LA Fitness, CrossFit, YMCA take United Healthcare. What is up?
