I find it interesting that after Jenn spoke up and told the truth, within just a few hours Nathan suddenly had members posting glowing reviews to bury her comments. I have waited a long time to do a review. Working out is not a typically enjoyable experience for me, so status quo is to just show up and get through it and leave. The last few months have been different at the studio. Nathan, the office manager goes above and beyond to make me feel seen when I am there, and noticeably absent when I am not. Been going to OTF for 3 years, and it's been an incredible journey for me on my path to losing weight, being more active, and just feeling better about myself. The studio has been a great community of members who are all there to do the same thing, even if for different reasons and are cheering you on. While there has been a lot of behind the scenes change over, the front facing staff in place today are a great team.
A huge shout out to ORANGE THEORY of Smyrna‼️ I’ve been a member since 2017 and I cannot say enough good things about this OT. I was sad to see a review written earlier that had such unkind words about the manager, Nathan. My experience has been totally opposite. Both he and the assistant manager Raquel mesh well together. Both are friendly and very helpful. By the way, the Halloween decorations that both Nathan and Emelyn put up look Great.!!!
