Absolutely a Scam!!!!!! They charge a $12 fee if you are late or miss a class on top of your membership! They don’t have a variety of machines!!!!! They push you until you break and they charge you another month when you want to leave. Because there is no possible way you can let them know you don’t want to leave the same day you try it out !!!!!! SCAM and manager at this location BriAnna is really not helpful doesn’t have the decency to even call.
This is a complete scam! The limited variety of machines is frustrating, and they pressure you until you’re exhausted. If you miss or are late to a class, they slap you with an additional $12 fee on top of your membership. When you decide to cancel, they charge you for another month, and good luck notifying them on the same day you try it out! To make matters worse, the manager at this location, BriAnna, is unhelpful and doesn’t even have the courtesy to return calls.
This is definitely a scam! They impose a $12 fee for any missed or late classes in addition to your membership cost. Their selection of machines is quite limited! They pressure you to the point of exhaustion and then charge you for another month when you decide to cancel. It’s impossible to inform them of your cancellation on the same day you try it out! This is a total scam, and the manager at this location, BriAnna, is unhelpful and doesn't even bother to return calls.
You will never do the same workout twice, have access to great equipment, and always be motivated. Great coaches and outstanding music.
