When I recently moved to Aliso Viejo I was excited OrangeTheory in Laguna Niguel is 5 minutes away… only a short time later I found my new community, friends and the best workout possible! i was honestly so surprised by how much I liked this place. walked in not knowing what to expect and the class flew by, the coaches kept things moving and motivated everyone without being annoying. felt like I got a real workout in but it was actually fun, which is rare for me. already planning my next class a day later.
