I sincerely appreciate General Manager Alina for her attention after an initial experience that had left me disappointed, and for professionally following up with me afterward. I also want to thank Coach Amber for leading a great class. Orangetheory is a great and complete workout, and I appreciate the team’s efforts to make things right. The reserved locker was a nice touch (see the picture).
I drove 30 miles to attend a class with my son and completed all required paperwork online beforehand. The confirmation email advised arriving “~30 minutes early” to fill out paperwork and meet the team, so I arrived 20 minutes early thinking that would be sufficient.
