I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. When I signed up, I clearly stated that I only wanted a one-month membership. However, they still forced me into an automatic renewal, claiming that cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. This makes no sense—if I already said from the beginning that I only wanted one month, that should have been more than enough notice. Hands down, the best studio in town! The coaches are nothing short of phenomenal—knowledgeable, motivating, personable, and fully engaged in every class. There’s never a dull moment, and every session feels purposeful and fun. The management team is equally impressive. It is their policy so shame on me. But shame on them for being such a dishonest and unethical corporation. 30 day cancellation policy. That means I canceled on 4/8/25. After I had paid for April. Then May 1, I get another month’s charge for the entire month of May. Wow. Nice racket. No wonder so many locations are closing.
