I visited this studio as a guest earlier this week, and I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming and uplifting. Coach Maggie led an incredible class—her enthusiasm, good instructions, and fun style made it easy to feel right at home. Even though it’s not my usual spot, I’ll definitely be back!
Love this studio! It has all the up to date equipment and the coaches are so personable and knowledgeable! Coach Maggie’s and Coach David’s classes are always the perfect balance between fun and challenging!
I love OTF!!!! The coaches are excellent and they have classes available that fit into my chaotic schedule. I usually hate working out but the classes are fun and upbeat. Although the classes are challenging, the coaches will show you modifications that are catered to your individual needs.
This is a great studio with a lot of space and a fantastic staff. The workouts offer a good balance of strength and cardio and you can make them as challenging (or not) as you want. I have used it both for primary training as well as a supplemental depending on my goals.
Ive been coming to this location for a little over a month now. I am obsessed with all the teachers, the music and the vibes. They all are so motivating while keeping a fun and playful energy in the place.
