Loved the workout until my work schedule changed and I needed to cancel. I followed procedures to cancel. Every month they charge me, every month I have to call and get a refund. It is frustrating and is a waste of my time. The issue still hasn't been resolved.
I’ve had a great experience with gym coach Kelsea She genuinely pays attention and makes sure everyone is doing their workouts correctly and safely. What I appreciate most is how motivating she is she keeps you going even when the workout gets tough. Her positive energy and support make a big difference, and it really helps to stay consistent and push your limits. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and encouraging gym coach!
I have absolutely loved my time at OrangeTheory West Plano. The energy in this studio is unmatched, and the coaches and staff have been a huge part of my fitness journey. The environment is always welcoming and motivating, which made it easy to keep coming back. I absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness - West Plano. The coaches make every class super motivating without being intimidating, and they’re great at helping you adjust workouts to your level. I never feel lost because everything is guided, and the heart-rate monitor keeps you pushing just the right amount. Highly recommend!
