I've had personal trainers, group training memberships, fancy gyms, not-so-fancy gyms...you name it. Somehow, after all these years, Levi has become my favorite coach. Levi has a way of pushing people without making it feel forced. He knows the workouts inside and out, keeps the energy up, and somehow gets people to work harder than they planned to when they walked through the door. Incredible coaches and amazing members. This really is like home for my heart.
I do not recommend the Orangetheory Norcross studio at all. While Levi and the other trainers are great, the management and customer service have been a total letdown. Since March 26th, almost a full month, I returned a defective heart rate monitor, and despite repeated promises, no credit has been issued. Upper management hasn’t intervened at all, and every follow-up has led nowhere. If you join here, be prepared for ongoing issues with billing, membership, and service. Joined about 2 years ago, and the class structure, staff, and friendly people make this an easy way to get a fun workout in. Every coach is great, but specific shout outs to Levi, Maddie, and Marie as my availability tends to align with their classes. When I can't make it, I feel bad to have missed a workout, but I hate that missed out on seeing everybody!
