Class was good but the experience with the staff is what really ended it for me. I went to a class in july in which it was taught by a fitness coach named Julio. I went for the free class they offer to people checking OT out. I did have a person with me who’s first language isn’t english but have full understanding of the language. The entire time the fitness coach Julio did not acknowledge the person I was with once or even speak or look at them. I find this to be super rude and terrible service to those in the class.
