I normally work out downtown in the Pearl District, where I live, but my work schedule in Hillsboro changed today last minute. I bought new clothes they didn’t fit. The girls were kind enough to give me a T-shirt to wear so I could work out, and a towel for after my shower. The above and beyond service was amazing and the coach was fantastic.
I absolutely love this place! I joined 2 weeks ago after watching my neighbor go day after day here. I am 52 yrs old and had a stroke last year and since then I told myself that I probably could never get back in shape let alone exercise at all. I was scared my balance would never improve. I have since been sitting like a couch potato in fear telling myself lies. I love coming here. Coach Persia does a really good job motivating you to push hard. Jaime at the front desk is ready to help. There is zero ego here from anyone. I’m have a gym membership but I still come here for a really good workout. The music bumps! Love it!! Make sure you buy your heart rate monitor, it makes all the difference. It’s worth every penny.
This is studio is wonderful and welcoming everyday of the week except for Friday when Shay teaches. I’ve been an OT member for 3 + years at multiple different studios. It’s been amazing experience until I attended Shay’s Tread 50 on Friday. Let me tell you, this is not a an OT class this is a bro gym with yelling and what Shay calls his “OG” members. They have helped me reach my fitness goals with a friendly environment. I love that I can go there and get my workout done before work. It’s the best part of each day.
