I love it here. The manager is great, the front desk staff is wonderful, the trainers are incredible, and the layout is comfortable.
Very friendly staff, excellent workout, decent prices for a boutique-y fitness studio. Edited to include more thoughts on the workouts themselves : if you've never tried OTF, this is basically the workout I've tried (and failed) for years to create for myself: quality (not quantity) cardio; weight training; whole body strength and endurance training. Highly recommend! If you can take a class here at this location, take it with Coach Lara!!! She is very encouraging and made my experience here the best that it could be! Thank you Orange Theory and special thanks to Coach Lara!!!
