Love this Orange Theory studio. Staff friendly, instructors encouraging and facility a gem. Have visited 10+ studios in the system and this may be in the top 10 percent. Towels available and treadmills-equipment are up-to-date. Dropped 15 pounds after 6 months. The transformation is real...

They slapped me w/ a surcharge of $10 because I was coming from out of state, and my membership is cheaper. This is 2nd time it's happened in Chicago area. Starting to hate the OrangeTheory gyms here. Every time I attend a class here at any studio, that's $10 down the drain. I just told them straight up, it's not my fault that my membership rate is that much cheaper. It's not my fault that your guys rate is like $220/mo, which is frankly insane.
