The end of February will mark one year since I joined the Orangetheory family, and it truly feels like one. I’ve met so many incredible people along the way, from fellow members to the amazing staff and trainers. I’ve always struggled to stay committed to a regular gym, but Orangetheory keeps me motivated and actually excited to come back. Adrian is a powerhouse! He is correcting me to make sure I’m always in proper form and making sure I’m pushing myself to my best ability. I feel great when I leave his class!!
I got there early for my intro offer class at 6:30 am, and was denied entry because I don’t live in Shelton. Even though I work right across the street, therefore satisfying the “local resident” terms shown on their website. The two girls at the front desk (on 1/13) were incredibly rude, and lied saying they tried calling me and left me VMs even though I received nothing except not one, but two, confirmation texts/ emails reminding me of my class on 1/13 at 6:30am. Completely unprofessional.
I love orangetheroy! The environment is so uplifting & full of energy. What makes it so good, is that when you sign up for class, you dont have to think about what you'll be doing that day. The coaches already have that covered & you're in/out in 1hr. I have built my stamina, my strength, & even lost 20+ pounds through my journey here.
