1. If you are a newbie/or of heavier build, this workout is bad for your knees. Know a couple of folks who did 4-5 classes per week, ended up having ITBS and for one it took a couple of months to fully recover. 2. Management is horrible. (staff and coaches are nice though) My membership was auto-paused during Covid. In April beginning they dropped just 1 mail stating that unless you reach out to them they will restart your membership and start charging you. I missed that mail and was charged 175 bucks for April. I have been thoroughly enjoying my membership! 2 weeks in and 7 lbs down! Lana and Carlos are amazing! I love the flexibility in timing. Great gym!
