I have been here twice, had a great experience except for when it comes to check out. Paid $75 for 75 minutes. The massage therapist listened when I said where I want the massage and how hard I want it. But The lady in the front, during checkout is what dropped my stars. She told me I had to pay a little more if I use my credit card. Which is fine, I’ve done it at other places. But five dollars? Upon checking out, I tipped 18% and apparently that wasn’t enough. Two women looked at each other and one said “these people!”. Just RUDE! It was clear that the masseuse wanted a higher tip. However, I decide what tip I give. It’s unprofessional, rude and just disturbing to insult a paying customer like that because you wanted a higher tip. No customer should be forced to pay a certain tip amount. This spa needs to do better because this is classless.

Good massage. Only very rude at check out. I paid cash and the lady said not enough, you have to tip. How dare she! I tip if I want, and I will tip the amount I want to. She had the nerve to tell me that it was a minimum of 20%! I gave her a lower tip which I am thinking I shouldn’t have done. I should have just left! Never going back to that place! They don’t speak good English but they sure know how to say tip and 20%!
