I would often visit Port Jervis and I noticed the towns transformation. I had tried another Real Estate Company but became dissatisfied after a period of time Passed with almost no follow-up or communication. I saw the difference when I started working with the Orange West Team and listing my home with them. They helped stage my property inside and out to provide the most for the money. A friend of mine recommended Orange West…They found me the best long term tenants, as well as landscapers, plumbers and handyman. 3 years later still going strong and ready to purchase my second investment property! Orange West Realty is the BEST!!! Relocating and we were looking for a rental in Port Jervis. Erin did a virtual showing with us and helped us get accepted and set up everything for the big move! We will be using Orange West when we are ready to purchase!
***Do Not Use*** These people are unprofessional, unethical, and pure amateurs! They were recommended by Zillow to handle a sale/purchase. We advised them we needed them to assist with this process and they COMPLETELY failed to provide any assistance with this process. They focused solely on the sale and had absolutely No regard for assisting with keeping the process cohesive.
