Capt. Ellis is phenomenal. I had no experience with boating but his comprehensive yet concise course left me feeling much more confident in my knowledge of the basic skills needed to helm a boat. He spends a lot of time on safety and gives excellent tips so you'll leave the lake with a greater understanding of why things should or shouldn't be done on a boat. It will take time to master the lessons, but the techniques he imparted were well worth the time and money.
Captain Ellis is a phenomenal captain and teacher. He teaches in a way that inspires and motivates you to be the safest and sharpest skipper you can be. Can't recommend his class enough!
Capt. Ellis was an outstanding instructor for the boating lessons. He was patient and kind yet determined to see that we learned what we needed to know to operate a pontoon safely on the lake. Well worth it and a must-have for all newcomers to pontoon boating!
