Our salt cell failed last year, and we paid thousands of dollars to have it replaced. Instead of receiving a quality replacement, we were given a cheap off-brand unit that failed again in a very short period of time. It was replaced with the exact same brand, and now that unit has already burned out as well. We notified our pool technician last week and asked that management be informed. We have been using Orange Tree Pool Service for our monthly pool service since we moved here about 5 years ago. I have always dealt with Ben who has always been very responsive, courteous and helpful. This is the first time we've had a pool so I always asked a lot of questions, Ben and the rest of the staff have always been so patient and informative, overall a great company to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone!
