VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY SERVICE WITH ORANGE TREE POOL SERVICE. I WAS A CUSTOMER LONG BEFORE THE CURRENT OWNER TOOK OVER SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD INCONSISTENCY IN OUR WEEKLY SERVICE WITH THEM. WE JUST GET COMFORTABLE WITH A POOL CLEANING PERSON THEY SEND ** AND THEN VERY NEXT MONTH WE HAVE SOMEONE NEW. WE HAVE LARGE AGRESSIVE DOGS AND MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH RUN BUSINESSES AND ARE EXTREMELY BUSY. We even retained your account when your dog bit one of our Techs years ago and when others have been charged by your rescue dog when he was not kept inside. While it is true you have had 3 Pool Techs since November, 2020, the changes were not made on a whim. One Tech was promoted and the second left for extensive back surgery. If I could go negative, I would. I was a loyal customer of Orange Tree Pools for several years; until now. While I was out of town the hose in backyard "magically" turned on flooding my yard, patio, etc. Orange Tree Pool Services were the only service provide who accessed my yard during this time but they flatly deny turning it. I also come to find out that the Service Tech had changed without any notification and their service manager (Steve) becomes very rude as soon as you cancel services with them.
