I had some very dirty, mostly white hallway rugs that needed a deep carpet cleaning. After the first cleaning, there were still a few areas that did not look as fresh as they should, so I asked if they could clean them again. My request was handled right away, and Miguel even confirmed that he did not want to leave them until the rugs met a much better standard. That showed real care, honesty, and pride in the work. I had this team clean my carpets before, and after they finished, I agreed to a demo for tile and grout cleaning. Orange Steam Cleaning sent a professional crew that carefully moved our furniture, stayed polite, and kept focused on the job from start to finish. I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but once you find a dependable team that delivers great carpet... read more

this was our first time using company: orange steam cleaning, even though we had heard about the service before. we had several carpeted rooms deep cleaned along with our hardwood floor, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. the techs did a great job and first tested the wood floor to make sure there would be no issues from products used in the past. that gave us peace of mind and showed they really know proper floor and carpet care. the results were excellent. our carpets came out fresh, clean, and bright, ... read more

I have used this carpet cleaning service for a long time, and they are always quick to respond and show up on time. Miguel handles the furniture with care and moves what needs to be moved before the carpet cleaning starts. With a pet in the home, stain removal is important to me, and they always give extra attention to pet spots and high-traffic areas. They have also cleaned my sofas and area rugs, and everythi... read more

Efficient, affordable carpet cleaning with top-quality results. I have my apartment carpet cleaned about twice a year because of two kids, so I have tried several services over time. I can usually tell within a week if the carpet cleaning was done well, since old spots sometimes wick back up or show again pretty fast. This time, the carpets stayed clean and fresh, and the stain treatment really held up. Luis went the extra mile and moved a few more pieces of furniture to reach areas that many carpet cleaners had missed befor... read more
