I've been going for 2+ years to Orange Shoe. I love the 25 minute workout as I feel that I get a good workout but it’s not too much. The workout moves quickly and I typically get in 8-9 different exercises. I’ve definitely gotten stronger. The trainers are all quite good.
Never having had been in this facility, the staff who greeted and showed me around were very friendly. I had a demo of what might be of help to me as a member trying to get in better shape and it seemed to be a comfortable environment, I suppose I will see if that's true if and when I officially join the club.
Great trainers, very friendly, and I find it useful even for someone like myself who is well versed in working out.
Keefer put me through an amazing workout! The whole staff at orange shoe is professional and focused on my fitness goals. It really feels like I'm a part of a community!
