Wow! I am so thankful I found Emily and Orange Shoe Personal Fitness. From the moment I walked through the door I felt seen. Each class is a good challenge and everyone is very supportive. I decided to give them a chance because of an upcoming trip to the Boundary Waters. I knew that I would need some additional strength training to ensure that I was able to row 3.5 hours and portage my 35 pound backpack.
