They sent me a refund, after being told I wouldn't receive one. Then I received a letter stating I shouldn't have received the refund and when I called I was told the letter was in error. Then I received automated called regarding the money they sent me, so I reported them to the BBB for all of this, and received a call from their communications department, a nice person named Phil, who basically told me that they are sorry for the inconvenience, and sorry companies aren't perfect, but that I needed to pay it all back. Went solar. They never installed a solar meter. Keep sending me energy bills and stealing my solar generated power. 10.5MWh stolen -$2500 of free energy. And they keep sending me bills. The worst provider. They steal energy from solar producers. 1-star rating is generous. And I'm still waiting for a solar meter.
Instead of making it so that squirrels can’t get into the transformer, their cheap a— will just let us go without power 3-5 times a year!
