I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Orange & Rockland. Despite living in an area that does not typically experience frequent outages, I continue to face random power losses with little to no explanation. When I reached out to customer service, I was advised to purchase a generator since I work from home — which I found to be an unreasonable suggestion. One star is too much for this people, I believe this is the worst electric Company in the US.
I really don’t know about this place. It seems sketchy to me that my bill is $191 for a one bedroom apartment
Customer service/dispatch on emergency calls is the worst in the industry. Rude, and not helpful at all. Company has gone so far down hill since CON-ED bought them, there is no coming back to the great company they once were.
Every department of Orange and Rockland should be embarrassed of the way they conduct day-to-day business. Especially new construction services department.
