One star is too much for this people, I believe this is the worst electric Company in the US.
I really don’t know about this place. It seems sketchy to me that my bill is $191 for a one bedroom apartment
Customer service/dispatch on emergency calls is the worst in the industry. Rude, and not helpful at all. Company has gone so far down hill since CON-ED bought them, there is no coming back to the great company they once were.
Every department of Orange and Rockland should be embarrassed of the way they conduct day-to-day business. Especially new construction services department.
Worst reliability out of any region I’ve ever lived in.
