Before I met with Orange property management I visited about 7 other companies on rentals and after going through all the options of different companies I chose Orange property because of their well kept units and the smiling face and courtesy I received from them . I'm very glad I chose Orange property I get the friendly respect everyone deserves . I couldn't be happier and if any issues arise they are on it immediately
We live in the apartment for over 5 years. We were trying to reach them regarding a lot of issues (torn carpet; boxes and shelves in fridge are keeping together with the tape; drawers in the bathroom are lacking of paint and missing some elements, etc.). The entire Orange property menegment were promising us for almost 6 months that they will come and fix the issues. But, we are still waiting...
My son moved out of one of their apartments in Wahpeton. The process was horrible. They were rude and impossible to work with. They refused to do a walk through inspection when they knew we were in town and they were doing nothing anyway. Made us drive back 200 miles 2 weeks later - after they had already been in there 20 times even though since there had been no walk through the property was still my son's apartment and they had no business going in there. Extremely unprofessional!
Received a call from Mary, she listened to my concerns and worked with me. I will work with anybody who is willing to work with me, so I do appreciate the follow up and I am satisfied with the company. Update: As promised by the company they followed up half a month later and gave me options (I love options, because it allows for a solution both parties can benefit from). I am Satisfied with the diffrent unit that was offered. the transfer process was quick and painless, something every consumer likes. Thank you OPM.
