Compared to other phone repair shops I called, Orange was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping to diagnose my iPhone's issue. Conor asked me to bring the phone in so he could assess the situation more thoroughly. He said there would be no charge to examine the phone. His diagnosis of my phone was similar to that of AppleCare I had previously contacted. And there was no fee. I recommend trying them out if you want an honest evaluation of your phone or iPad.
Won’t fix the broken phone they sold me.
This place sold my husband a bunk phone with a screen that went out the first week. It was refurbished with previous screen issues (not by us) and they said to take it back if there was any issues. The back broke because iPhones suck but the screen was going out before that and the place will not fix it even though they knew it might have problems! Stay FAR AWAY if you want a functioning phone because they will just sell you the broke ones they “repaired” that will last for a week and then leave you high and dry.

i got a iphone 8+ the phone was great i knew it was outdated so that wasn’t the issue my phone literally pop on but the screen is black and it seems to do it every time i have something important going on. other than that it’s a good phone
