Been there twice and haven’t had any problems
I didn’t want to post this but this is my second post about this. As previously stated, as of this date I have not received satisfaction as to when I will be getting supplies for the cpap machine I have which I was told in July by my doctor that I needed a new one or when can I get one. 10/2/18. Very disappointed! There is no sense of urgency to contact patients, follow up on referrals or schedule patients for a sleep study. Tried calling again after filing a complaint with hospital administration. 15 minute or longer hold times when you call., in my case referred to 2 different people who each verified my referral, confirmed my personal information...then transferred me to someone's mailbox. Unbelievable! Front office is extremely inefficient. Go somewhere else, if you can.
First trying to get someone on the phone to even set an appointment was ridiculous. Then they schedule you to come in at 8:00pm but don't dare show up a minute early because the doors are locked until 8:00. My first appointment an employee stuck her head out saying they door would be unlocked at 7:55pm, it was already 8:01pm. On the second visit they didn't have top sheets, I asked for an additional sheet because I always sleep with a top sheet and was given a bottom sheet to use to cover up with.
