After living here for 7 years there has been so many different managers its unbelievable. The maintenance people are not worth nothing. They have little to no experience. There contract that you sign says, basketball courts, Tennis Courts and Swimming pool. No basketball or tennis courts, has been turned into storage lot for rvs and junk. The pool is not very well maintained and there security cameras don't work. They know there are drugs being sold and still do nothing to correct the problem. Pot holes throughout complex. I am very surprised that the office is so helpful, kind, and go overboard to get you moved into the trailer but do not return your calls after you are moved in. And what's up with no pool this summer, that's one of the reasons we moved in this area.

So my husband and I purchased a mobile home in the park and was told more than once that the plumbing and the electric was good well they were only half correct in only a few days of living there the plumbing was in fact clogged we tried to get the maint people to come assess the situation to see if it was under ground there problem or above the ground my problem well the new assistant mngr Danielle was CLUELESS!she gave me wrong information and told me that it was ALL my problem since I own the home well maint man showed up... read more

second review from plumbing problem girl and the maint people left ruts in my yard because they didnt want to get THERE FEET WET like I have to so they drove through my yard to put some notices on by back door? why cant they go to the front door? weird! I agree with the first review pat and lee dont care they just cut corners however they can it would not have hurt to go in halves on my plumbing but now I see how they are! need maint or help? dont call them they dont give a darn! I have lived here since 1982 and I am still here. I know a lot of community people that don,t like the new management. Do to the factor we have sgins up that say community watch. But we do not have that what is said do to the factor that people have been stilling from James a Moore,s community like AC united and people are also not paying lot rent and owe a lot of money to the owner. I lived here for 3 years now... this park has its ups and downs. Alot of people complain about some of the rules like "not parking on the grass" but don't realize how many times the entire park was out of water because some a$$hole parked in the grass and busted a pipe. My complaint is the office staff. The receptionist is a pill head on an emotional rollercoaster.. and lucky for me she's the managers daughter-in-law so I doubt anything will happen to her. i was shown around your community this afternoon by one of your workers. Nolan, I was very impressed by all the knowledge he had of the different trailers and how dedicated he was to his job. to show me and my husband around after he was off. We are looking to move into a home as soon as possible and look forward to meeting with your staff very soon to see if we can become a part of your community. we were impressed by how quiet the community is and how friendly some of the residents are.
